We offer event coordinating so you can finally take a break (it's been 18 years, you deserve it). Bring the graduation party to us and we'll take care of the rest.
Each of our locations offers a unique aesthetic, but all are open spaces with modern Mexican inspiration. We arrange according to your graduation party size and needs, whether it's space for games, dancing, or an extra-long table for the whole fam.

We offer per-plate pricing, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. The hardest part will be deciding what to order from all the delicious options. We offer taco and fajita bars, premio entrees, appetizers, desserts, drinks, and more!

MEXICAN themed Fiesta Venue
You’re all about that music, the gifts, and having a great time with the new grad. We’re just there to keep the people fed, and we’re ok with that. When you reserve a venue at any of our locations (Racine, Fox Point, Wauwatosa), you won't have to worry about having to prep food for all your guests. Jose's Blue Sombrero will take care of your appetizers, lunch or dinner buffets & your deserts.

If you’re interested in meals with a little more flare than our taco bars, we suggest our customer favorites Steak ala Mexicana or the Grande Pollo Frito. We have food for everyone. Our Kids Meals consist of their choice of a taco, hot dog with fries, chicken tenders with fries, or noodles n' cheese along with soda, juice or milk.
FAJITA BAR FIESTA
Or, if you’re feeling spicy, we’ve got onsite fajita bar options for your graduation party. With three meat options and a veggie option, even the pickiest eaters will be satisfied. Choose from your choice of chicken, steak, shrimp or our vegetarian option, then enjoy the included tortillas, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsas, and chips.
